Therapeutic Massage-$100

Therapeutic massage utilizes Swedish techniques, one of the most common types of massage therapy. This is a manual therapy that often involves rubbing, kneading, stroking and tapping your muscles. It's often used to relax you, relieve stress and relieve pain. The therapeutic approach to which it can be considered can range from clinical to deep to relaxation to intuitively guided and anything in between. We will discuss the approach during the intake process to determine what will work best for you towards your goal. This is a 60 minute sessions.
