I've walked a very intriguing, at times traumatic, mystical, complex, beautiful, chaotic way of life in my years Earth side, as many of us have. I hold many "titles" but my favorite by far is mother and wife. By trade, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist & Death Doula that specializes in death and grief with a deep passion for nutrition and women’s wellbeing.

Connected to the realms of death, grief and loss for much of my life, I was born into a family that owns a cemetery and started in Western Medicine at 16. Starting in the deathcare and healthcare industries- an established truth is that I was guided to walk my own sacred path, forging my way through life to help not only myself but to serve others. Being in service to others, approaching humans with an open heart.

Weaving the way through my own darkness in life has guided me to be a light for others in theirs. Being sure to bring forth my own authentic and raw self, encouraging others to live in theirs to promote healing starting from within.

As I feel that I am a forever student, constantly metamorphosing, extending and connecting my roots deeper to learn more about myself, others, and how we are all connected. I have spent the greater majority of my adult life, traveling near and far, investing in further education. As a forever student, I am on a journey of expanding my conscious and unconscious mind with experience and training. I don’t call myself an expert because I feel that there is always something to learn.

Topics of study that I have extensive training in include (but not limited to): massage therapy, grief, trauma, energy work, end of life, death care, yoga, nutrition, small business & entrepreneurship.

I take classes based on where my intuition and spirit are leading me. I hold multiple degrees and certificates.
